IOSH Approved Legionella Control for Property Management Training Course - ISAC UK Ltd

INCLUDES LATEST CHANGES IN THE NEW HSG 274 GUIDANCE DOCUMENT - PART 2 (APRIL 2014)

Our original 2 day IOSH Approved Legionella Management for Responsible Persons course has remained one of the most popular and well regarded courses within this discipline for over two decades. Now, following 2014 changes and additions to the new HSG Guidance Document Part 2, ISAC (UK) Ltd have decided to design a new course specifically for non-industrial type businesses such as Landlords, Letting Agencies, Local Councils, Housing Associations and Charities.

The aim of the course is to fully equip people, with responsibilities for properties that contain 'domestic style' Hot and Cold Water Systems, with the necessary skills and competence to understand their legal requirements and duties. It will focus on the appreciation of risk posed by Legionella within these types of environments and how to successfully identify, risk assess and control them.

During the course, the delegates will complete a number of risk assessments on different domestic style systems and will also covers aspects relating to maintenance programmes and record keeping, as required in the L8 Approved Code of Practice.

This course is not designed for people with responsibilities of Cooling Towers, Evaporative Condensers or Industrial Type Water Applications. These are covered in our 2 day Legionella Management for Responsible Persons Course)
